Hey, I’m Julia! I’m a Software Engineer based in Seattle, Washington. By day, I wrangle code and build out cool software solutions. By night, I’m often caught playing competitive games like Dota 2 or Street Fighter, making electronic music, or just hanging out with my cat, Mimi.
I’ve been working in tech for a few years now, and I absolutely love building software that solves unique problems. I have the absolute pleasure to be a part of the amazing team at Outshift by Cisco where I get the freedom to create and experiment with new ideas every single day.
What I'm up to
- Working full-time as a Software Engineering Leader
- Playing Dota 2 with friends on weekends
- Experimenting with new AI models
- Producing new tunes
- Planning future travel adventures
Tools & tech
I currently spend a majority of my time working with React, and I enjoy tinkering with Node.js and Golang on the back end. I use Visual Studio Code as my primary editor.
